ISO 14001

Accreditation For Truflo Marine Ltd

ISO 14001 ISO 14001 is the internationally recognised standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS). This standard provides Truflo Marine with processes for identifying elements of the business that impact on the environment while providing access to relevant environmental legislation.

Truflo Marine is heavily committed to managing environmental risk and to minimising its impact on the environment. The accreditation is truly a team effort; with amongst many other initiatives all employees being encouraged to reduce energy usage and recycle their consumer waste via strategically placed recycle bins.

As well as reducing the cost of energy, Truflo Marine has been successful in lowering the cost of waste management. Moving forward, a framework for continual improvement exists supported with regular reviews.

Truflo Marine has invested in additional personnel, an environmental Co-ordinator to manage and further develop this pledge.
