Our Business Excellence Journey
Truflo Marine gained recognition as an Investor in Excellence in December 2007.
Investors In Excellence is a programme which drives performance and results in all types of organisation.
It is based on a standard which enables the company to easily understand how we are performing and to identify opportunities to improve in all key areas, including people, customers, leadership and strategy.
Investors In Excellence compliments other improvement initiatives including IiP, ISO and the Charter Mark which all fit within the IiE framework. It is non prescriptive, enabling any organisation or division to progress in a way which suits it. Recognition is provided through a commitment certificate and logo at the outset and the prestigious plaque and Investor in Excellence logo once the company has achieved the standard. IiE is aligned to the EFQM Excellence Model, one of the world’s premier management tools.
